8. Resolution to amend the 1997 City Budget to reflect unanticipated revenues for reimbursement of EMT courses run by the City Fire Bureau and to allocate such funds to purchase needed public safety vehicles. (Walsh)

9. Resolution to amend the 1997 City Budget to create a Special Revenue Fund and to authorize the receipt and allocation of $225,000 to that Fund in a Community Development Account to initiate certain Economic Development projects. (Walsh)

Resolution amending the 1997 City Budget to authorize the City to receive and to allocate $45,000 in additional Consolidated Local Street and Highway Improvement Program ("Chips") funding from the State Department of Transportation for the purpose of removing dead and diseased trees from the City right-of-way and City property.
