Troy's Homeless Support Services This community is comprised of Troy's Homeless Services collaborative agencies: Bethany Hospitality Center, Joseph's House and Shelter, Troy Area United Ministries, Unity House and the Troy-Cohoes YWCA. As a partnership dedicated to ending homelessness in the city, the collaborative uses resources more effectively, shares ideas, plans with realism and determination, and encourages independence and growth by working with one another. It is a voice of hope. On Friday evening, April 4, 1997, concert pianist Sister Patricia A.
