Ordinances

1. Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Troy Code of Ordinances entitled "Streets and Sidewalks". (Hart)

2. Ordinance declaring the premises formerly known as the McDonald's Restaurant in the Uncle Sam Parking Garage as surplus and not needed for City purposes and authorizing the lease of said premises pursuant to Section 5.51 of the Troy City Charter (Walsh)

3 Ordinance authorizing the transfer of certain real property acquired through InRem proceedings to Rocco DeMeo for Five Thousand Dollars (Hart)

1. Resolution appointing Commissioner of Deeds. (Walsh)

2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a cooperation agreement with the City of Schenectady and the Town of Colonie to extend the current agreement relating to the Home Investments Partnerships Act. (Debonis)
