Collar City Pops How about relaxing to music along the Hudson River on a warm summer evening with your neighbors?... The Collar City Pops would like to continue providing you with the opportunity to do just this. To do so we have to rely on donations from people like you. The Collar City Pops is a volunteer run not for profit organization presenting about twelve free summer concerts in Troy's Riverfront Park. We offer concerts in a setting unique to Troy, enlivening our downtown, attracting people from the entire Capital Region, and providing a rare venue for Big Bands and many other types of music, FREE to all. Won't you help to keep Troy a special place with a donation. Whatever you can offer at this time would be helpful.
