Ordinances:

1 Ord. rescinding Ord. No. 12 passed at the 4/3/97 Council Meeting authorizing the sale of City owned property. (Walsh)

2 Ordinance authorizing and approving the sale of certain real property in the City of Troy. (Walsh)

3 Ordinance authorizing the acceptance of a deed for lands to be dedicated to Troy for highway purposes, said street to be known as Highpointe Drive and dedicated same as a public street. (Hart)

4 Ordinance authorizing the acceptance of a deed for lands to be dedicated to Troy for highway purposes, said street to be known as Harris Road and dedicated same as a public street. (Hart)

5 Ordinance amending the Capital Project Fund of the City of Troy to appropriate funds for the closure of the Troy landfill and authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract for said closure. (Walsh)

6 Ordinance approving settlement of certiorari proceedings instituted by various property owners located in the City of Troy and on the assessment roll of the City of Troy. (Walsh)

7 Ord. approving settlement of Uncle Sam's House, Inc. vs. John Grogan, Assessor of Troy and the City of Troy. (Walsh)

8 Ordinance granting request for extension of time period to pay purchase prices and authorize Mayor to execute deed to mortgagors or guarantors when such deed is a condition and associated with such payments.

6 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a permit with the NYS Department of Transportation For the purpose of using state owned property at Sixth Ave and Jay Street as a municipal parking lot (Walsh)

7 Res. authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the US Postal Service for the lease of parking spaces (Walsh)

8 Res authorizing the Mayor to execute a renewal agreement with Unified Court System of the State of NY. (Walsh).
