Ordinances:

1. Ordinance transferring certain appropriations from the General Fund and the Community Development Fund accounts to interfund transfer accounts for the purpose of providing the local share of costs for the Broadway Landing Project. (Walsh)

2. Ordinance transferring funds from various budget accounts to provide funding for the City's summer recreation program. (Walsh)

3. Ord. authorizing and directing the City purchasing agent or designee to sell at public auction bicycles in the custody of the Troy Police property clerk that are no longer needed for City purposes. (Walsh)

4. Ordinance approving settlement of certiorari proceedings instituted by various property owners located in and on the assessment roll of the City of Troy. (Doran)

5. Ord. authorizing an additional sum for services rendered in connection with the lawsuit entitled MFS et al. V. City of Troy et al. filed in Suffolk Superior Court, Boston Mass. and other matters. (Doran)

6. Ordinance providing for the retention of consultant services relative to Troy's certiorari claim related to the Tomhannock Reservoir property in Pittstown, Rensselaer County. (Doran)

Resolutions:

1. Resolution appointing Commissioners of Deeds. (Walsh)

2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Rens. County STOP DWI Program. (Walsh)

3. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a performance contract with DVI Communications, Inc. for professional services related to analysis of the City's telecommunications expenses and for effective strategies to reduce those expenses. (Walsh)

5. Resolution designating polling places for the City of Troy for 1997. (Walsh)

6. Resolution requesting introduction of legislation in the New York State Legislature to enable the City of Troy to pre-empt Renssalaer County's imposition of an additional one percent sales tax pursuant to Section 1224, subdivision (q) of the Tax Law in the same manner as for the three percent sales tax, as provided in section 1224, subdivision (b) of the Tax Law. (Walsh)
