Flowers - Flowers Everywhere! Whose in charge??

Have you seen flowers popping up all around town. It's catchy isn't it. Well we have our flower lady to thank for that. Claire Davis and her gang of flower planters have been busy. If you haven't already, please don't be shy, water the flowers, snip off the dead ends and throw away the trash. "Troy in Bloom" could really use the help!
