Fred LeBrun, columnist for the Albany Times Union will present highlights and reflections on his latest adventure, an 18-day journey down the Hudson River. LeBrun and two colleagues recently traveled the full 306-mile length of the river from its headwaters on Mt. Marcy in the pristine Adirondacks to its outlet in the bustle of New York Harbor. Warren Broderick of the Rensselaer-Taconic Land Conservancy will discuss folklore and grave rubbings from early cemeteries in Rensselaer County.
