1-55 Ordinance authorizing the sale of various properties to various individuals which were taken by the City in an In Rem foreclosure. (Doran)

  1. Ordinance authorizing the purchase of lands for additional Central Business District parking. (Walsh & McGrath
  2. Ordinance amending the Troy Zoning Ordinance by adding terms of the definition article. (McGrath)
  3. Ordinance amending the Troy Zoning Ordinance by declaring a moratorium on establishment enlargement and/or extension of sexually oriented businesses. (Pascarell)
  4. Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Purchasing Agent or a designee to sell at pubic auction bicycles in the custody of the Troy Police Property Clerk that are no longer needed for City purposes. (Walsh & Pascarell)

  6. Ordinance to establish a special grant account for theSmall Business Tree Planting Project. (LaPosta)
  7. Ordinance amending the 1998 City Budget to recognize increased revenues from the Federal Asset Forfeiture Account and appropriate funds within the Police Bureau's "Other Equipment/SOS/Federal Forfeiture" Account. (Walsh & Pascarell)
  8. Ordinance providing for an increase in the professional services fee for William S. Hafner. (Walsh & Doran)
  9. Ordinance establishing a special grant account to accept revenue from New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation in support of the 1998 Flag Day Parade. (Walsh)
