Easter Window Decorating Contest Decorate your window and dine out on us! The Troy Merchants Group is sponsoring a "Here Cones Peter Cottontail" Easter Window Decorating Contest. Merchants in downtown Troy are encouraged to decorate their windows for Easter/Sprinq. The 1st prize will be a $SO.00 Gift certificate to Castaways. There will be other prizes to be announced later. Anyone wishing to "adopt" a window will be eligible for the contest. Details will be published in the Troy Record, as they become available.
