- Ordinance amending the 1999 City budget to authorize the transfer of funds within the 1999 City Budget to support the purchase of a photocopy machine. (Walsh)
- Ordinance determining that the reconstruction of certain sidewalks constitute a local improvement pursuant to 9.05 of the City Charter. ( McGrath & Doran) Public hearing scheduled for 9/2/99 at 6:45pm
- Ordinance to amend the Capital Budget to establish a Homeowner Sidewalk Improvement Program. (Walsh)
