Bruno Receives Award for Anti-Drug Efforts District Attorney Bruno received an award for county efforts to prosecute drug crimes at a recent law enforcement conference. Bruno received a special award of honor at the 40th annual drug conference of the International Narcotics Enforcement Officers Association on October 11th. In addition to Bruno, the organization recognized Troy Detective Sergeants Patrick Russo and Sgt. Thomas Blake of the County Drug and Gang Task Force and Rick Mason and Robert Pasinell of the Troy Housing Authority Police. Bruno said his office posted record numbers of felony drug convictions during the last two years. In cooperation with Troy United Ink Corp., a not-for-profit corporation
